“One moment can change a day, one day can change a life and one life can change the world.”
-Buddha
ABOUT
I have walked side by side with individuals who have faced a range of life challenges; from anxiety and transitional life stage stresses to traumas such as a witness to murders, sexual abuse (including child sexual abuse), human and sex trafficking.
Whatever brings you to therapy is valid because it’s your experience. Whether you’re here to unpack a specific event or questioning if you “even need” therapy, I’m here to listen and be present with you.
