Elizabeth Diaz, LCSW

Psychotherapist

“One moment can change a day, one day can change a life and one life can change the world.”

-Buddha

I have walked side by side with individuals who have faced a range of life challenges, from anxiety and transitional life stage stresses to traumas such as witnessing murders, sexual abuse (including child sexual abuse), human trafficking, and sex trafficking.

Whatever brings you to therapy is valid because it’s your experience. Whether you’re here to unpack a specific event or questioning if you “even need” therapy, I’m here to listen and be present with you.
